Beth White has a graduate certificate in End-User Support (supporting users of technology). In the past, she worked for a software helpdesk, answering hundreds of software questions a month, later becoming a software trainer for companies such as Glaxo-SmithKline and Ernst & Young. Most recently, she was the Human Resources Manager for a young, growing company, handling a wide variety of personnel issues, as well as conducting training for employees and clients.
