Learning to Access your world
Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 01:38PM
By now it is clear that technology is the key to accessing and staying in touch with the world.
At Access*Ability, we want to give you greater access to people, information, abilities and tools. For some, you will first need to overcome your fear of computers and develop more confidence to explore. For others, it means greater efficiency and new tools. For all of you, it means increased access to the outside world and additional abilities.
Through our personalized, easy-to-understand training, you will learn by hands-on participation in a safe environment. You decide what topics to cover and the length of the training. The methodology of all of our training ensures that you will learn. Plus, cheat sheets, shortcut guides, and other training websites, including how to improve your typing skills, will be provided so that you can continue to explore and learn on your own.
We offer one-on-one training in your home, or invite a friend to join you. We have also developed and taught small group classes for retirement communities and senior community centers. We'd love to talk with your Activities Director to provide the courses that you and your peers want.
